Q. Do you support Apple TV and Roku?

Q. My payment failed, what do I do?

First make sure you have entered all the fields including country and shipping method. You have three options for payment, using your credit card via our merchant facilities listed as default, you also have a PayPal option that you can select instead which will allow you to either use your credit card on with the PayPal payment gateway or your own PayPal account if you have one. If you still are having difficulties we recommend clearing your browser's cache before trying again. Of course feel free to contact us and include any error you have seen so that we can help right away.

Q. I can't checkout, what do I do?

Sometimes technology has a mind of its own. If that's the case, you can order the Blu-Rays and DVDs on our Backup Website.

Q. I did not receive an order confirmation?

All orders will receive an automated email confirming the order. If you have not received this confirmation from us, please check your junkmail folder, and if it is still not there please check your credit card or paypal account to verify whether the transaction was successfully completed. If you cannot see a payment made to us, this means that we have not received it and you will need to re-order it. If you have any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship daily from Australia to any country worldwide. Except week-end of course! Make sure to select your country before selecting the State/Provice field.

Q. Will the Blu-Ray/DVD play in my country?

Yes, the Blu-Ray and DVD PAL are set to regions 0 (region free) and play worldwide. Note: United States, Canada and Mexico, please select the DVD NTSC.

Q. Can I download the Video-on-Demand?

Yes you can download it and watch it off-line both as a Rental or a Purchase using the Shift72 App. Currently the download option is only available for Android devices. For best viewing on your Tablet as streaming or download, we recommend using the Shift72 App available for download on Google Play. For best viewing via iPad as streaming only, we recommend using the Shif72 App available for download at the App Store. You can of course stream our Video-on-Demand films on all major browsers.

Q. How many times can I watch a film on Video-on-Demand?

As a Rental you can watch a film as many times as you like within a 48-hour period. As a purchase, it is unlimited.

Q. If the t-shirt does not fit me, can I return it for the size above/below?

Yes, we are aware that sometimes it is difficult to get the right size when ordering online so simply return the t-shirt to us, easy! Contact us first for the return address and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Q. I cannot find the size or color t-shirt that I want, what can you do?

We print our own Dream Racer Apparels, so even if you do not find the t-shirt that you need on the website, just contact us via the contact form and we will add your custom t-shirt to the daily print run. It's that simple!

Q. I have purchased Dream Racer via Video-on-Demand (VOD) on dreamracer.tv but I cannot find it when I login?

Our Video-on-Demand platform operates independently from dreamracer.tv, you will need to login at this url >> Dream Racer | Television.
